Bunka 30cm Pattern Ruler

This 0.8 mm-thick ruler (made from four layers of 0.2 mm PVC film) is a transparent, rigid PVC ruler printed with a full 5 mm grid. It is especially useful for drawing parallel lines and adding seam allowances when drafting patterns. The ruler includes 7 mm and 12 mm seam-allowance guides.

The scale is printed on a 0.2 mm PVC film and then laminated under heat and pressure with multiple layers of the same film. Because the markings are sealed inside the layers, they never come into direct contact with paper or fabric and won’t wear off.
By combining films of different thicknesses, the ruler resists warping, and a matte film layer is added during the lamination process to eliminate air bubbles, resulting in a clear and smooth finish.

Please be aware that this is not suitable for cutting as it would damage the ruler.

– Note –
Never store in direct sunlight or in a location above 55°C as this may cause deformation.
Also never leave this on a hot ironing board. (We accidentally ruined quite a few rulers by doing this.)
