Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days, Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time is 12 noon UK time.

Delivery to the UK:

We offer reliable and swift delivery to the UK through our DPD Next Day Delivery service.
For all UK orders, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £5.76.
We prioritise your satisfaction, ensuring your items are delivered promptly and securely.

Great news! We now provide free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £100. This offer enhances your shopping experience, allowing you to enjoy our products without any additional shipping costs.

Studio Pick-Up:

Live nearby? You have the option to collect your order directly from our studio in Waltham Forest, London. Once you’ve received the “order completed” email from us, you’re welcome to visit during our designated pick-up times. Studio pick-up is only available on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm.

International Delivery

Shipping is available to the United States, Switzerland, Ireland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.

Shipping is suspended to the following countries due to updated packaging compliance requirements:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Norway.

These destinations are not available at checkout.

Why Shipping Is Suspended

Packaging compliance requirements differ in each European country. Depending on the destination, overseas sellers may be required to register, submit packaging reports, pay recycling fees, join a recycling scheme or appoint a local authorised representative—even when only a small amount of packaging is sent.

We have temporarily suspended shipping to the countries listed above while we confirm and complete the applicable requirements for each destination.

What Happens Next

We are reviewing each country individually. Shipping will resume country by country once its requirements have been confirmed and any necessary registrations or agreements are in place.

Ireland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic have already reopened following our review. There is currently no confirmed reopening date for the remaining countries. Any changes will be updated on this page and at checkout.

United States — Free Royal Mail Postage on Orders $120+

For orders delivered to the United States, Royal Mail International Tracked (DDP) postage is free when the total product price before tax is $120 or more.

The $120 threshold includes product prices only. Shipping, import duties and taxes are not included in the threshold. Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

For eligible US orders below $120, the Royal Mail postage charge is shown at checkout.

Royal Mail International Tracked (DDP)

Royal Mail International Tracked (DDP) is available for eligible orders to the United States, Switzerland, Ireland and the Netherlands. Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery. The Royal Mail PDDP handling fee is included in the delivery price.

Availability depends on the destination, order value, delivery address and parcel eligibility. Orders to the United States must be valued at $2,500 or less. PO Boxes are not eligible in Switzerland. Available services, prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Czech Republic

Standard international shipping is available to the Czech Republic. Import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged to the recipient on delivery. Available services, prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

DHL Express

DHL Express remains available for eligible destinations shown at checkout. Shipping prices and estimated delivery times are shown after you enter your delivery address.

Import duties, taxes and DHL customs clearance fees are not included in your order total. Any applicable charges must be paid by the recipient before or upon delivery.
