Kawaguchi Measuring Wheel with 1/4 Scale

This Kawaguchi measuring wheel (Ma-rusashi) is perfect for measuring curves such as armholes, neck lines etc. Although you can also measure curves with a flexible ruler, it becomes a lot easier (and therefore more accurate) with this rotary ruler.
This ruler comes double-sided with 2 different measuring scales. One side is in metric measurement and the other side is in quarter scale (1/4th the size of a full-sized pattern).
Note : This measuring ruler is NOT very suitable for left-handed people.
