KAI JIRUSHI also known as Kai was set up in 1908 by Saijiro Endo in the city of Seki (Gifu Prefecture), the biggest city for blades with a history dating back 800 years. Their company started as a small workshop producing folding knives and is currently producing a wide range of cutting tools, leaning on outstanding craftsmanship and the spirit of traditional blacksmiths.
